Stonemark Builders was originally formed as a strategic partnership that combined a residential and commercial real estate development company and an architectural firm specializing in residential design, development and construction in a single home building entity.

While many urban residential developers and architects develop standard townhouse and condominium “products” that they build on every lot and tract they develop, in spite of the architectural style or vision for the area or neighborhood, Stonemark’s design, development, and construction team works together to create projects that advance the principles of organic architecture, conservation of the natural environment, and the integration of the site and development vision of the overall area with the design of the project.

Stonemark’s principals have over 25 years of experience in multi-family development, including townhomes, condominiums, lofts, custom homes, and apartment projects. The depth of experience of its principals, and the use of the specialized talents of Stonemark’s partner companies brings risk management to each Stonemark project.

CitiPlex Corporation - CitiPlex Corporation is a residential and commercial real estate development company whose management and principals have been involved in the design and development of a wide variety of residential and commercial projects for over 25 years.  These projects include mixed-use commercial projects, office buildings, retail shopping centers, multi-family residential projects, condominium and townhouse projects, and large scale mixed-use land developments.

CitiPlex principals have extensive experience in real estate development and architectural design, as well as the financing, leasing, management, marketing, and construction of real estate projects.

Carlin/White Associates - Carlin/White Associates is a full service architectural firm with extensive experience over a period of 25 years in the design of commercial and residential real estate projects.  While the firm designs a wide range of commercial projects, including office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, condominiums and other commercial projects, its primary focus is the design and development of townhome, condominium, and other commercial projects with its affiliate development company, CitiPlex Corporation.
