The Point at Walden on Lake Conroe is a 74 unit mid-rise condominium project.  The project was developed on a peninsula at the Walden marina and clubhouse, and designed to maximize unit views of the marina and Lake Conroe. 

The development dealt with a desirable location and a unique waterfront site, and its design was not only driven by the architecture and lifestyle of Lake Conroe, but was also dictated by the preferences of the Walden Homeowner’s Association.
