CitiPlex Corporation and its architectural affiiate,
Carlin/White Associates originally entered into a residential
design/development strategic partnership to develop the
Stanford Oaks Townhomes, the first townhome project designed
in the Craftsman style of architecture that is predominant in
Houston's inner-city, Historic Montrose and Museum District
areas. Stonemark Builders, LLC formalizes this strategic
partnership, and combines residential design, development and
construction under a single entity.

CitiPlex Corporation just completed the first phase of their
Stanford Oaks Townhome project, scheduled to be complete at
the end of March. The project occupies 3415, 3417, 3419, 3421
and 3423 Stanford Street in Houston's Museum District.
The grounds are home to nine enormous live oak trees which

SPRING CONSTRUCTION IN
THE WOODLANDS

Stonemark Builders LLC is planning to begin construction this
spring for La Costa Garden Homes in East Shore, the Garden
District of The Woodlands Town Center, according to Buck
Driggers, Vice President of Residential Sales and
Development for The Woodlands Development Company.
Inspired by Mission-style architecture, the homes at La
Costa are designed to form a lakeside village within walking
distance of the shore of 200-acre Lake Woodlands.
