
Each building in La
Costa is designed around a courtyard garden that connects three
unique floor plans in each building, each with an attached 2 car
garage, illustrated in the above building plan. Unlike
typical townhomes, each of the three floor plans is different,
with its own unique features.
The first plan, The
Coronado, enters on the left side of the building, and is
designed with the Master Suite, living areas, utility and powder
room on the ground floor, with a study and 2 additional bedrooms
on the second floor. The living area connects with It's
own private patio on the ground floor.
The second plan,
The Sonoma, enters through the center courtyard into a
downstairs study/office. Its second floor plan spans the
width of the entire building, including an open living/dining
area, master suite, second bedroom and utility room, and a
second floor deck off the living area. With the Master
Suite and living areas on the second floor, this plan includes
an elevator option.
The third plan, The
Madera, features a courtyard patio off an open living/dining
area, with a third bedroom on the ground floor. The second
floor includes the Master Suite, library, second bedroom, and
utility room. With the Master Suite on the second floor,
this floor plan has an alternative plan, The Napa, that also
includes an elevator option.
Standard interior
finishes include open floor plans, gourmet kitchens, granite
counter tops, custom wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances,
and large walk-in closets.
