Inspired by the
romance of Mission style architecture, the homes of La Costa
form an intimate lakeside village within strolling distance of
the shore of Lake Woodlands. La Costa's unique enclave of
red tile roofs and gleaming white stucco exteriors is nestled in
a wooded setting at the entrance to East Shore Lake
Woodlands, the "Garden District" of the Woodlands Town Center,
but its architecture would be at home in Old Hollywood or
Europe.
It is a style that
reached its apex in the 1920's and early 1930's in Southern
California, that has been updated to fit East Shore's
pedestrian-friendly, urban environment. Within walking
distance of the Woodlands Town Center, The Woodlands Mall,
Market Street, The Woodlands Waterway, and the Cynthia Woods
Mitchell Pavilion, La Costa includes its own meandering streets,
green areas, and an amenity package that exists in no other
project in East Shore, including its own community pool and spa,
covered cabana, and outdoor grill area.
La Costa includes 42
residential units in 14 two-story buildings. Each building
is designed around a courtyard garden that connects 3 unique
floor plans in each building, each with an attached 2 car
garage.
